Associate Professor Erin Morton is an expert, multidisciplinary medical researcher, and women’s health advocate. A clinical triallist with a PhD in Medicine specialising in pharmacology based in academia & NFP for over 20 years, Erin now heads her own research consultancy, Bespoke Clinical Research, and is co-founder of health education partnership Her Health Hero. 

Erin has led 100s of research projects on behalf of collaborators from individual clinicians to international medical societies to pharma, lays claim to various peer-reviewed publications and is proud to have her work cited in international clinical guidelines across 3 different fields of medicine but always prioritises making a difference in the real-world.

A 2024 Emerging Leaders Fellow scholarship recipient from the Australian Women’s Health Research Translation Network and 2022 National Emerging Leader in Health finalist, Erin is also the Chief Investigator of Australia’s only peri-/menopause registry “VITAL”, REAFFIRM teletrial, Board and Steering Committee member of multiple other national and state-focused women’s health initiatives, Menopause at Work specialist consultant to Don’t Sweat It, and disseminates her menopause research at the highest levels including the Australasian Menopause Society Congress, World Health & Medical Informatics Congress, and World Congress on Menopause.

With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, , Paula has dedicated her career to fostering change, driving strategic initiatives, and mentoring female talent. Her personal journey with heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) and surgical menopause inspired Paula to transition her skills into the women’s health space, where she now leads efforts education, advocacy, and systemic change.  Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Paula is the co-founder of Her Health Hero, and the founder of Your Menopause Doula, where she is deeply commented to providing women and their loved ones with compassionate, evidence-based education and support.  In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Paula serves as the Board Member and Community Liaison for Bleedbetter, contributing to strategic decisions that advance the organisation’s mission.  Leveraging digital innovation to improve clinical experience for women’s health issues, working to ensure women feel supported, listened to and empowered throughout their healthcare journeys.  Her unique blend of professional expertise, lived, lived experience, and advocacy enables her to connect with empathy and purpose - driving impactful advancements for women worldwide.  Through her workplace consultancy, Recalibrating, Paula partners with organisations  to create inclusive environments that prioritise  women’s well-being
